Are YOU wasting vital marketing money?

Today alone I have noticed agents using Facebook ads not to their advantage. What do I mean by this? There has been six agents so far today that I have seen their adverts on my newsfeed, now while yes I will be in their audience for the housing category, I am nowhere near their agency. So this means money is being wasted showing to clients completely out of area! For example, if your cost per click is 10p and 20 people out of area click on the advert that is £2 just wasted.
